SERVICES
I provide user-centered research and design techniques at any point in
the design cycle--from concept phase through product release. I can help
research new concepts, design new products or improve an existing
product. My objectives are to understand users' needs, design a
high-quality user experience, and validate it through testing.
I offer services in three areas:
user interface design
usability evaluation
customer research
These services can be employed separately, but when used in concert,
they help ensure a design will truly meet the end users' needs.
I will work with you to develop a set of activities that will best meet
your product team's goals.
